Welcome to WITS Inc.

WITS Inc. is a registered mental health charity located in the Brisbane South Side area. 

WITS Inc. aims at connecting people who have the lived experience of mental illness, their families, carers and all other people interested in
positive mental health.

Website membership is free and open to all people interested in
mental health. (See below)

To become a member of the WITS Inc. please read the statement below then click on the 'register' button on the right hand side of the page.

Please note - By registering as a website member you agree;

• to not be selling anything or promoting your own personal business - NO INTERNET SCAMMERS allowed, if found to do this your membership will be terminated and WITS will post negative information about your products on the internet! 
• to be respectful of other people.
• whilst others may share hints or tips about their treatment or care, you will not change/start or cease your treatment without consulting with your health care provider.
• to use this website at your own risk.
• you will not enforce any particular religious belief or activity on anyone else.
• you will not attempt to sell items over the discussion forums.
• you are aware that your membership will be cancelled if you breach these conditions.

• WITS Inc. does not endorse any particular treatments or care.
• WITS Inc. is not affiliated with any religious or spiritual activity, and any forum discussion about religion or spititualism is the voice of the website user.
• WITS Inc. will NEVER ask you for your personal details such as  bank account therefore do not disclose any information.

Also note: WITS website membership is different to becoming a financial memeber. Financial membership invvolves completing the application form and paying the $5 yearly membership fee. Financial membership offers you the chance to attend and vote at the AGM, nominate to be on the committee, and attend some activities at lower cost than non financial members.
